FAQ

  • With Shipping, if it is a small item or an item within the measurements of standard shipping rates, a flat-rate of 12.50 will be applied. We can combine multiple items into a single shipment upon request.
    Please select the standard option in checkout.

    If it is a larger piece of furniture or work, shipping cost will be custom calculated or if you check out you can click the 150 dollar shipping placeholder.

  • If there is an issue with an item, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to address, repair and mend whatever is of the matter.

    Exchanges are possible within the seller’s discretion.

    Opal is able to be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    Upon Delivery please inspect your purchase carefully.
    If there are any issues with it upon delivery, or damages occurred during shipping please contact us so we can begin the return/refund process after getting details.

    If the purchaser has worked on the opal, rubbed, polished, attempted to set, or cracked/chipped the opal while working with it WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.

  • If the damage has occurred during shipping, reach out to us and we will see what can be done.

    If this is an older item that was purchased a few years ago, and you are looking for restoration let us know and we can arrange a touch up. This touch up may incur fees depending on the severity of the restoration needed.
